SHIPPING POLICY
On average, orders will be processed/shipped within 10 business days of being received if product is in stock. Orders will ship from North East Kansas.
Local Pickup
You may skip shipping fees by selecting "local pick-up" at checkout. Your order will be processed in the same timeframe of 10 business days if the products are in stock. Eggs and farm fresh products depend on time of year and availability. You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup, along with additional instructions for pick-up.
Pre-Order Items
Any items that are pre-order items will be listed as pre-order. Please note that shipping may take longer than usual on pre-order items because we do not have pre-order items in stock.
Lost Packages
Owl Creek Farm is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. If your package says it has been delivered but does not appear to be delivered to your address, please file a claim with USPS:
